Create SAP system account – ECM Only

In order for the Link Enterprise Connector to log in via SAP Jco to register on the SAP Gateway to receive outbound processing requests, as well as execute inbound processing (if configured), an SAP system (non-dialogue) account is required. This user ID requires the below privileges:

Authorization Object: S_RFC

ACTVT: 16

RFC_TYPE values:

  1. FUGR
  2. FUNC

RFC_NAME values: 

  1. /DFLOW/ZDOCMANAGER_SAPLINK_V2
  2. DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET
  3. RFC1
  4. RFCPING
  5. RFC_GET_FUNCTION_INTERFACE
  6. SDIFRUNTIME

Transactions

  1. /DFLOW/GTW

This authorization covers most standard Gimmal Link Enterprise processing.

For custom requirements, please either use a copy of WF-BATCH with SAP_ALL / SAP_NEW or add the relevant authorizations via trace evaluation.

Please note the user ID create and password and work with your Gimmal Link Enterprise implementor – this will be need to be configured in Gimmal Link Enterprise Connector in step Base Gimmal Link Enterprise Connector Configuration – Gimmal Link Enterprise ECM Only.
