Utilities: Attachment List Dashboard
This is a simple report on ArchiveLink links with an enhanced selection criteria across all link tables, that also allows for adjustment of individual link entries.
This utility differs from the Link Maintenance utility in that it only allows for single links to be maintained/deleted versus the Link Maintenance dashboard allows for mass deletion.
To execute the attachment list report, enter transaction /dflow/sys and choose the menu path Configure->Dashboards->Attachment List.
Make sure to limit the search results by at least an SAP Object or AR Object(Doctype) to help narrow down the results.
The toolbar that runs along the top of the attachment list dashboard can allow you to further refine your view of the attachment list table. Included in the toolbar is some additional functionality like the ability to customize layouts and delete link entries.
