AuditLink includes four delivered reports designed to support common audit, tracking, and compliance scenarios. These pre-built reports offer immediate value without the need for custom development.
- Report: /DFLOW/ZAUDITLINK_ALV_FI_01
- Purpose: Displays financial accounting (FI) document data in an ALV format for audit and compliance tracking.
- Selection Screen Parameters:
- Selection Process: The report selects records from the BKPF table (Accounting Document Header) based on the entered selection criteria.
- Output Fields:
- Report: /DFLOW/ZAUDITLINK_ALV_PO_01
- Purpose: Provides an ALV view of Purchase Order (PO) data for procurement audits and compliance reviews.
- Selection Screen Parameters:
- Selection Process: Pulls data from EKKO (PO Header) based on selection criteria.
- Output Fields:
- Report: /DFLOW/ZAUDITLINK_ALV_SD_01
- Purpose: Displays Sales & Distribution (SD) billing document data to support sales audits and revenue tracking.
- Selection Screen Parameters:
- Selection Process: Data is selected from the VBRK table (Billing Document Header) based on selection screen input.
- Output Fields:
- Report: /DFLOW/ZAUDITLINK_ALV_SD_02
- Purpose: Displays detailed SD billing item data to support line-level auditing of sales documents.
- Selection Screen Parameters:
- Selection Process: Pulls data from VBRP (Billing Document Item) and VBRK (Header) tables.
