These settings are configured at the SAP business object level, which corresponds to one or more transactions. For example:

  • BUS2007 (Work Order): iw32/iw33
  • BUS2012 (Purchase Order): me22n/me23n

Virtual Linking

  1. Determines the display of virtual links in the "Document Flow" node of the attachment list navigation pane.
  2. Displays attachments from other SAP records.

Virtual Folders

  1. Determines the display of the folders node in the attachment list navigation pane.
  2. Provides a cosmetic folder structure for attachment list "browsing".

Overall Delete Link Strategy

  1. Determines the behavior of the delete button on the attachment list.
    1. Uses SAP standard S_WFAR_OBJ authorizations.
    2. Options:
      1. Allow users to delete links.
      2. Allow users to delete links with admin review (requires Link Manager to be enabled).
      3. Allow content to be deleted with links (requires Link Manager to be enabled).

Attachment List Options

  1. Determines the functionality available on the toolbar of the attachment list.
    1. Enable/Disable display of SAP Database Attachments.
    2. Enable/Disable display of SAP Database Notes.
    3. Enable/Disable Delete Link Manager.
      • Controls options for users or administrators to delete links or content (with optional review).
    4. Enable/Disable download of attachments.
    5. Enable/Disable creation of notes in the SAP Database (not recommended).
    6. Enable/Disable creation of notes in the content repository.
