SAP Logon Pad Security Configuration

By default, the SAP Logon Pad generates a pop-up warning each time a local file is accessed or a file is accessed from an external content management system.
Due to the fact that Gimmal Link Enterprise DocManager does this...a LOT!, it is recommended that you disable this warning pop-up to avoid end-user frustration.
Follow the steps below to avoid this pop-up message:
- From the SAP GUI Logon Pad, choose:
- for Windows: Click on the top left icon and select Options or Preference (depending on your SAP GUI version):

- for Java: via the menu bar path SAPGUI->Preferences:

- Location the Security folder on the left, highlight Security Settings, and then choose "Open Security Configuration":

- Change the default Action to "Allow", and click OK/Apply:
