Link Enterprise for SuccessFactors and SharePoint integrates documents between SuccessFactors and the M365 SharePoint platform.

This integration includes document storage, linking, and metadata transfer from SuccessFactors to SharePoint. Documents can be captured from SuccessFactors and stored within SharePoint and documents added to SharePoint can be linked back to SuccessFactors.

To enable users to access the documents in SharePoint, two HTML5 applications give them access:

  • My Documents
  • Document Search

My Documents will show a user all of their employee documents that have been linked from SharePoint.

Document Search will allow HR Managers to search for documents belonging to employees that report to them.

The process to capture and link documents is done through the Link Enterprise middleware while the My Documents and Document Search is done through HTML5 applications deployed on the SAP BTP Platform.
