The IBM Watson Connector supports two types of connections:

  • IBM Watson Machine Learning
  • IBM Watson Natural Language Understanding (NLU)

IBM Watson Machine Learning

To configure the IBM Watson Machine Learning connection, three values are required:

  • Machine Learning Service URL: This is the endpoint of the Watson ML service for your deployed region
  • API Key: The API key for your Watson ML Service. This can be obtained from your service details
  • ML Service ID: The unique ID of your ML model instance

IBM Watson Natural Language Understanding (NLU)

To configure the IBM Watson NLU connection, two values are required:

  • NLU Service URL: This is the watson nlu api end-point
  • API Key: The unique key for your Waston NLU service instance
