When you are ready to completed connectivity between SAP and the Enterprise Connector for Content Server, you must first send the certificate from SAP to Enterprise Content Server. 

Both sending of the certificate and testing connectivity is done via the SAP CS Admin functionality in transaction OAC0. 

* Make sure the Enterprise Connector server is turned on (windows service “Gimmal Link Enterprise Connector”) prior to executing the SM59 test connection. 

  1. From OAC0 find the repository ID configured prior and open the details
  2. Choose the “Send Certificate” icon
  3. The message in the bottom toolbar should read “Certificate sent successfully”
  4. Click the “Info” icon next to confirm the content server is fully operational
